How Do I Receive?
In order to be a recipient in our Adopt-a-Dad program you must fill out the form below. You may be contacted for more information, and incomplete applications may not be honored. Please ensure that you are looking for an e-mail from eric@dadtalktoday.com to confirm receipt. We may not be able to fulfill every request made, it simply depends on our donors. This is purely funded by donations of other individuals and followers of Dad Talk Today. We prioritize based on best matches, the ability to fulfill the request, and the order in which they are received. All requests for assistance must be received no later than December 13, 2023. Submitting a request for donation does not guarantee you will receive one.
